Are you looking for a new role in the New Year? Abatec are recruiting General Operatives for our established manufacturing clients, based in the Highbridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with career development and a permanent role for the right candidates.

- Monday – Thursday 7:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am-1:30 pm

What You’ll Do:
- Carry out manufacturing and assembly work, including facilities units
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support production and warehouse tasks
- Manual handling and other physical duties
- Work to all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Confidence using tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable and committed to working in a fast-paced environment
