Technical Support Assistant / Workshop Technician – Full Time
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay: National Minimum Wage (or higher depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)
SPS Technology Services are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our technical workshop team in Wolverhampton.
This is a hands-on, technical role supporting our phone repair operation. You’ll help prepare, test, and support repairs on mobile devices while working closely with experienced technicians.
The Role:
• Testing mobile phones and devices as part of quality control
• Preparing devices for repair (charging, removing back covers, basic preparation tasks)
• Assisting technicians during repairs and refurbishment work
• Supporting other technical and workshop tasks as required
• Following processes and maintaining quality standards

• Hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn
• Strong interest in hands-on technical and repair work
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good spoken and written English (to understand instructions and communicate clearly)
