Roles & Responsibilities-
Curriculum Delivery: Planning and executing high-quality, ambitious lessons that align with a knowledge-rich curriculum.

Progress Management: Using diagnostic assessment to track pupil attainment and implementing swift, effective interventions where necessary.

Subject Leadership: Taking responsibility for the development and monitoring of a specific curriculum area across the whole school.

Collaborative Planning: Working alongside phase colleagues to share best practices and ensure a consistent, high-quality offering for all pupils.

Professional Mentoring: Guiding and supporting classroom assistants to ensure they are utilised effectively to drive pupil outcomes.

Parental Partnership: Building strong, transparent relationships with families to support pupils' holistic development and home learning.

Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory for this position.

Expertise: A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and the latest evidence-based pedagogical research.
