Roles & Responsibilities-
Inspirational Teaching: Designing and delivering a broad, balanced, and highly engaging curriculum that challenges all learners.

Leadership of Support: Effectively directing and mentoring classroom support staff to ensure every child receives targeted attention.

Collaborative Planning: Participating in cross-phase planning sessions to ensure a seamless educational journey for all pupils.

Parental Partnership: Building strong, professional relationships with families through regular updates and inclusive consultation evenings.

Certification: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be registered with the Teaching Regulation Agency.
