We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and community-focused primary setting located on the outskirts of Sheffield. Roles & Responsibilities-
Academic Acceleration: Delivering pre-planned, evidence-based literacy and numeracy boosters to close attainment gaps in Key Stage 1 and 2.

Behavioural Mentorship: Implementing positive reinforcement strategies to manage classroom conduct and promote pupil self-regulation.

Holistic Support: Providing dedicated assistance to pupils with additional needs, ensuring all learning materials are accessible and engaging.

Progress Tracking: Observing pupil performance and providing detailed, reflective feedback to the Class Teacher to inform future planning.

Environment Stewardship: Ensuring the classroom is a stimulating, well-organised, and safe space that encourages independent learning.

Collaborative Liaison: Working closely with the inclusion team to support the delivery of individualised learning plans.

Certification: A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is highly desirable.

Experience: Recent, proven experience supporting pupils within a UK primary school setting.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build professional rapport with staff and parents.

Resilience: A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy school environment.

Safeguarding: A comprehensive understanding of current safeguarding protocols and a commitment to pupil welfare.

Vetting: Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one through Randstad.
