Summary
Do you have the "thick skin" and empathy required to support pupils who find the traditional classroom environment challenging?
Are you tired of generic roles and looking for a position where your personality and de-escalation skills are actually valued?
Can you bridge the gap between a child's emotional needs and their academic potential without breaking stride?
At Randstad Sheffield, we don't just "place" staff; we protect your career. By joining our local network, you gain an advocate who understands the specific landscape of South Yorkshire schools. We provide free Team Teach training for our support staff and offer a dedicated consultant who is available for a chat whenever you need guidance on a difficult day.
This is a forward-thinking educational academy located in the heart of a close-knit community near the Sheffield and Rotherham border. The setting is known for its rigorous approach to pupil welfare and its refusal to give up on any child, regardless of their background. Staff here benefit from a highly structured environment where policies are clear, leadership is visible, and the team works as a genuine family unit to raise aspirations in a traditionally underserved area.
