Location: Trafford park , Manchester
Hours: Full time , 6am- 2pm / 2pm - 10pm rotation
Salary: £13.03 plus overtime
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing logistics operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, ensuring daily warehouse activities run efficiently, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on boarding and training sessions for new starters.
- Ensure staff understand operational processes, quality requirements, and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on folded garments to maintain company standards.
- Audit individual work to verify compliance with company procedures.
- Review and approve repairs, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Track, analyse, and monitor team and individual KPIs.
- Provide timely feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Allocate and organise staff across Production areas to meet expected targets.
- Adjust workflows to improve efficiency and minimise machine downtime.
- Report shortages of laundry supplies and other essential materials.
- Conduct regular assessments of individual performance.
- Manage feedback processes to support continuous improvement.

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role

Strong people management and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good understanding of health & safety procedures

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
