Summary

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Magor, South Wales | £16.22 per hour | Overtime up to £32.44 | 12-hour shifts (days and nights) | Temporary - Ongoing

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland in Magor. This is a long-term, ongoing role with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Key Duties
  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.

  • Move stock around the warehouse using the stock management system.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, refreshed within the last three years.

  • Double handler experience desirable but not essential.

  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • SAP experience beneficial but not essential.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

What We Offer
  • £16.22 per hour basic rate.

  • Overtime at £24.33 after 48 hours.

  • Premium weekend and Bank Holiday overtime up to £32.44 per hour.

Hours

12-hour shifts, mixture of days, nights, and weekends (no fixed shift pattern).
