To support individuals in their own homes with daily living, offering personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), household tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping), medication reminders, mobility help, and crucial emotional support/companionship, all while monitoring well-being, maintaining records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to promote independence and dignity.
No experience required as full training will be given. Must undertake a clear DBS check and have own transport. Position is for an evening and weekend carer for 16- 18 hours per week.
