As the Horticulture Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of our plants and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the horticulture department, including plant care, product selection, and staff management.
Your knowledge and expertise in horticulture will help us maintain and expand our reputation as the garden centres of choice for our customers.
Additional duties include:
Identify and address plant health issues, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of plant inventory and conditions.
Ensure plants are well-organized and visually appealing to customers.
Shop duty manager duties are also required on occasion.
The role is full-time and includes alternate weekends.
