We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee kitchen and catering operations,
ensuring consistent food quality, compliance with hygiene regulations, and the efficient
management of catering staff and resources.
Key Duties
Manage and supervise kitchen and catering staff
Plan menus and coordinate food preparation activities
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
Control food costs, stock levels, and supplier orders
Train staff on food preparation methods and hygiene procedures
Monitor kitchen performance and maintain operational records
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in catering or kitchen management
Strong understanding of food preparation and hygiene regulations
Proven ability to manage staff and workflows efficiently
Experience in high-volume catering or takeaway operations
