Healthcare Assistant / Domiciliary Care Worker
We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our home care team, supporting individuals in their own homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
You will provide person-centred care in the community, assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, medication support (where trained), companionship, and emotional support. You will play an important role in promoting wellbeing while following care plans and CQC fundamental standards.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training, induction, and ongoing support will be provided. We welcome applicants who are caring, empathetic, and committed to making a positive difference.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential, depending on care packages and location.
We offer competitive pay, flexible working hours, paid training, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive and friendly team.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and safer recruitment procedures.
If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community, we would love to hear from you.
