Crynodeb
We are a small and friendly company in Woodley that sell home and garden products to the retail sector. We are looking for the right person to join our warehouse team.
The role will include:
Picking orders and packing them onto pallets or onto vans to ship to customers
Unloading shipping containers arriving from overseas
Moving stock between warehouse locations
Occasional deliveries to customers in our van
Assisting in the set up and breakdown of our stand at trade shows
Maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times in the warehouse
Our ideal candidate would :
Have experience of working in a warehouse environment - this is essential
Have a good level of fitness as the work is predominantly manual - this is essential
Possess a clean driving licence (manual not automatic) and own transport - you will be required to drive the company vans from time to time
Have an enthusiastic attitude to work
Be honest, punctual and trustworthy with no criminal record
Work with care and attention to detail
Have the ability to work under pressure as necessary
Have some forklift experience (not essential)
Have an HGV licence (not essential)
Hours would be 0700-1500hrs Monday to Friday. There is opportunity for overtime.
