Level 3 Preschool Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Permanent, Term Time Only)
Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
Hours: 8:00am – 2:30pm (Monday–Friday)

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Qualified Preschool Practitioner to join a friendly early years setting in Clevedon. This is a permanent, term-time only role, ideal for someone looking for consistent daytime hours and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children aged 2–4 years within an EYFS-based curriculum
Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning activities
Provide high-quality early years care and education
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
Complete observations, assessments and learning journeys
Promote safeguarding, child protection, health and safety
Work collaboratively as part of an early years team
Build positive relationships with parents, carers and professionals
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Experience in a preschool, nursery or early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
