Crynodeb
We're looking to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in Warrington on a rolling, temporary basis on behalf of a well-established housing association.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, working 35 hours per week.
Your new role
- Triaging, investigating and resolving cases of ASB, hate crime, safeguarding and tenancy breaches across a geographic region
- Visiting victims, witnesses and perpetrators to gather evidence including witness statements, preparing all pre-court paperwork including injunctions and possession orders
- Representing the group in court, liaising with legal services and solicitors
- Attending multi-agency meetings whilst working in partnership with other housing associations, Police and stakeholders in the community to tackle and mitigate future escalations or cases
- Responding to complaints and queries from local MPs, customers and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an ASB/Tenancy Enforcement role within social housing
- Strong understanding of housing legislation, legal processes and best practice
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including witness statements and presenting evidence in court
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence, valid business insurance and a basic DBS check
