Our client, a fantastic, small special needs school in Harrow, North West London, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £88.92 - £95 per day, with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your primary focus will be to provide individualised support to students with ASD and SEMH, helping them to overcome challenges, develop their skills, and reach their full potential. You will assist in implementing personalised learning plans, adapting teaching materials, and facilitating small group or one-to-one sessions as needed.
