Our client, a highly regarded educational institution, is seeking exceptional SEN Teachers, Primary Teachers and Secondary Teachers to join their dynamic team. As a valued member of the alternate education service, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers every individual to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student (Pre-planned lessons provided ready to be adapted to your student's interests). By employing innovative teaching strategies and assistive technologies, you will help your students overcome challenges and develop essential skills for success both in and out of the classroom.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant teaching qualification or experience supporting English and Maths with students from KS2 - GCSE level (levels from Entry Level, Curriculum and Functional Skills). Your ability to adapt to different learning styles, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and maintain meticulous records of student progress will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes.

In return for your dedication and expertise, our client offers a competitive salary range of £20-£25 per hour, with the option to choose between LTD or Umbrella payment structures.
