We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our close-knit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education, helping children to thrive and reach their full potential.
We are a small, family-run nursery dedicated to creating a nurturing and inspiring environment for children during term-time. Our passionate team is committed to supporting every child’s growth and learning journey, making our setting a friendly and rewarding place to work.
Main Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Supporting children’s development, wellbeing, and learning through play
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
• Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery
About You
• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Be passionate about children’s development and learning
• Display excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
