Pain Clinic, as a HCA you play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their pain management journey. Working collaboratively with our nursing and administrative teams, you provide essential clinical and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. Responsibilities being: Assist with X-ray and ultrasound-guided procedures in the designated treatment room. Act as a chaperone during patient examinations and procedures. Perform reception duties, including patient check-in and appointment coordination. Support the nursing team with patient care and preparation. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas. Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to patient record management. This role requires compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment
