You will be the first point of contact for telephone queries. This could be from a variety of sources including colleagues, other professionals or members of the public. Inputting case notes and accurately updating the data management system is an important and integral part of the role, where attention to detail is essential. Good communication skills along with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload is essential. Arranging various meetings on behalf of the Nurse Assessors, such as MDTs and Review meetings.
