Administrator/Counter Sales Assistant
Location:
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Administrator/Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at LBS Roofing. This is a dual-role position that combines administrative support with customer-facing sales duties at our busy trade counter.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is confident working in both office and retail environments.
What you’ll be doing:
Administration:
Daily banking and till reconciliation in line with company procedures.
Processing goods received notes and updating purchase orders.
Booking in IBTs and special orders.
Monitoring stock movements and resolving stock discrepancies.
Maintaining shelf-edge labels and stationery supplies.
Filing advice notes and providing proof of delivery when required.
Assisting with stock takes and correcting stock location issues.
Customer Sales:
Serving trade and domestic customers efficiently and professionally.
Responding to telephone and counter enquiries.
Providing product advice and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask across admin and sales functions.
Previous experience in retail, admin, or trade counter environments is preferred.

Hours of work: An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
