Hours: 40hrs/week
We're looking for a labourer to join a social housing scheme in Leicester.
You will be part of a Damp and Mould Repairs and Maintenance team.
Main Duties:
- General labouring duties
- Assisting Trades
- Repairs
- Decorating and general maintenance
Hours:
- Mon-Fri, 8AM- 3:30pm/4:30PM (30-min break)
- 40 hours/week
Pay & Perks:
- £16ph (CIS/UMB)
- Street Parking
Must Have:
- Labouring experience / General Maintenance and Decorating experience
- Understanding of Damp and Mould conditions
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able to pass basic DBS checks
- Social housing experience
