What you’ll do
• Lead support planning with your customers and work alongside and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
• Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
• The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.

The practical bits
• You will be able to manage own diary - in line with being flexible to meet the needs of the customers. You’ll work core hours between 08:00 and 20:00 with flexibility built in. You will be working a mixture of early shifts, evening shifts and a fair share of weekends and bank holidays.
• You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes as you will be travelling between the properties to provide support to the customers.
• Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
