Our client is a well-established and growing business based in Ipswich, looking for a hands-on Dispatch & Stock Coordinator to manage daily shipping and stock operations.
This role would suit someone with a warehouse or stock background who has experience arranging UK, European and international shipments using couriers such as DPD, DHL or similar, and who is confident using computers and learning new systems.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day dispatch of orders and maintaining accurate stock control, with some involvement in online order processing.
Key duties include:
• Preparing and dispatching daily orders using DPD, DHL and international couriers
• Arranging European and worldwide shipments, including commercial invoices and export paperwork
• Picking, packing and processing orders
• Booking shipments and tracking deliveries
• Receiving goods into stock and maintaining accurate stock records
• Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties
• Processing online orders via Shopify and eBay (training provided)
• Uploading and updating product information on the website
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience arranging international shipments (essential)
• Experience working in a warehouse, dispatch or stock control environment
• Familiarity with courier booking systems (DPD, DHL or similar)
• Computer literate and comfortable learning systems such as Shopify
• Organised, reliable and able to meet daily dispatch deadlines
• Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role
