Summary
Domiciliary care workers provide care and support to clients in their own homes which reflect the standards set by CQC. The main duties include: excellent communication skills, personal care, moving & handling, medication, companionship & activities in and out in the community.
You will be working with a team, however, will be following your own rota and providing support independently. We expect the candidate to follow the required support which is detailed on the digital system they will have access to, and write their reports. English speaking & writing is vital to this position.
