Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically 5 to 14-ton machines.
- CPCS certification is preferred; however, NPORS certification will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Day-to-Day
- Begin each day with a safety briefing and equipment inspection.
- Operate machinery to dig foundations and trenches as directed by the project supervisor.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure the worksite is kept safe and organized at all times.
