What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted support to students with SEMH needs in class and 1:1
• Collaborating daily with SENCo, educational psychologists, and safeguarding leads
• Planning and running small-group interventions to nurture emotional resilience
• Applying behavioural strategies and de-escalation techniques in real-time
• Maintaining close records of student progress, always prioritising wellbeing
