Exam Officer - Full-Time
South East London
£16 per hour | Full-time | Start ASAP

We're supporting a welcoming and well-established education provider in South East London that is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Exam Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the coordination and administration of examinations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with awarding body regulations. The organisation offers a supportive working environment with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and student success.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing the administration of internal and external examinations

  • Liaising with awarding bodies and exam boards

  • Organising exam timetables, rooms, and invigilation

  • Ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations

  • Maintaining accurate records and exam documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an exams or administrative role (education setting preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
