Are you an experienced Building Services Manager looking to take the next step with a dynamic contractor delivering high-quality fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects across commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors?
Our client is seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to come in and immediately take ownership of 2-3 projects, managing them from inception through to successful completion. This is a hands-on, senior role that blends technical delivery with commercial oversight and strong leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage key projects from start to finish, overseeing all building services elements

Develop and maintain project plans, programmes and delivery strategies

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including M&E, design consultants and subcontractors

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations

Manage contractor performance, subcontractor packages and on-site delivery

Drive compliance with RAMS, H&S standards and client requirements

Act as senior technical lead for services coordination and integration across projects
What We're Looking For:

Strong track record in building services management across construction projects

Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or new build schemes (London/Home Counties)

Excellent commercial awareness with a structured approach to budgeting and cost control

A proactive leader capable of managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Strong communicator with the ability to represent the business internally and externally

Comfortable working in both office and site environments (travel to sites expected)
