Site Manager

Happy new year everyone! We have started off as we mean to go on, busy!

I've been asked to find a Site Manager for a boutique hotel refurbishment in the heart of the West End. It's 95 bedrooms with 95 en suites worth circa £40m.

The client is asking for someone to be able to manage the sub-contractors in the correct fashion which is being organised with detail and being out on site pushing delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the fit out of the bedrooms, from first fix.
  • Ensure QA is upheld
  • Co-ordination with sub-contractors
  • Identifying potential problems, offering buildability solutions
  • Someone who is tech savvy.
  • Someone who can engage with the supply chain and other team member

Requirements for Site Manager

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid

What is being offered

  • Day rate between £280-320 dependant on experience
  • Temporary to permanent option
  • Opportunity to work with a supporting site team
