Summary

We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to work on the patient meal service side of a healthcare kitchen in Oxford (OX3). You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for wards, working alongside another CDP in a calm, structured environment.

    Shifts

      • Tuesday: 11am–7pm
      • Wednesday: 10am–7pm
      • Saturday: 10am–7pm
      • Sunday: 7am–3pm

      Duties

        • Prepare patient meals (set menus & diets)
        • Complete food safety & temperature records
        • Maintain hygiene & compliance standards
        • Work closely with another CDP

        Requirements

          • CDP experience (or strong Demi stepping up)
          • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
          • Good food safety & allergen knowledge
          • Reliable and organised
