Are you passionate about empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives? We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Weston-super-Mare.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them:
- Access the community and enjoy social activities.
- Go shopping and manage daily tasks.
- Cook meals and develop independent living skills.
You'll play a key role in promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 6 months relevant experience in care or support work.
- Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
- Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
- £13.50 per hour plus £45 per sleep-in.
