Year 1 salary £23,686 - Senior Learning Coach
Year 2 salary £30,071 - Unqualified Teacher
Year 3 salary £32,667 - Achieving QTS
(Applicants must have a degree)
We can offer you:
A 3 year scaffolded route to QTS
A one to one mentor
Extensive classroom experience
Training in an outstanding alternative provision
A mainstream school placement in year 3
The ability to make a profound difference to vulnerable pupils in the Wyre Forest and Hagley area
Extensive CPD in house and in a variety of educational settings
Organised visits to other alternative provision settings
The opportunity to be trail blazers in an exciting new pathway to the profession
Paid membership of a trade union (duration of teaching apprenticeship)

Applications should be made through filling out the TES Application form, and letter of application, outlining why you feel you are ready to join our wonderful profession, and embark on this exciting journey with our school.The full programme is attached and we are available to answer any questions that you may have.
Successful candidates will be allocated to an induction programme appropriate to the time of application.
