Duties include providing a comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative service to the Ophthalmology Department . Managing your workload you will require excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with NHS colleagues, patients, relatives, by telephone, email and face to face. You must be adaptable, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to embrace change. Knowledge of working within a health care environment is desirable but not essential.
