See full details in attached JD below JOB SUMMARY: To provide assessments and low intensity psychosocial interventions to individuals using the service under the supervision and direction of a qualified psychologist. This could include direct observations of service users behaviours, co-facilitating groups and supporting the development of positive behavioural support plans. To work independently according to a plan agreed with a qualified psychologist and within the overall framework of the teams policies and procedures. To carry out clinically related administration, conduct service audits, collect various statistics, and complete complex statistical analysis as required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST: Carrying out observations and assessments with service users under the guidance of a qualified psychologist Carrying out psycho-social interventions under the guidance of a qualified psychologist. Creating materials to support the work of others in the team and the wider service (e.g. patient booklets, group materials/resources) Contributing to service audits and research including the collection and analysis of statistical data Undertaking literature reviews for the service Assisting with the organisation of training provided by the team
