What You’ll be doing:

As a Bathroom Designer, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers visiting our branch. You’ll guide them through every step of the design and sales process — from consultation and planning to liaising with contractors and finalising installations. You’ll also support the wider branch team in maintaining our showroom, handling stock, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone with an eye for design, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to engage with customers to turn ideas into reality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and advising customers in the branch and showroom.
Surveying, planning, and designing bathrooms tailored to customer needs.
Producing accurate quotations and coordinating ancillary work.
Arranging and attending home and site visits.
Liaising with approved contractors on installation agreements.
Ensuring the showroom is well-presented, clean, and inviting.
Handling telephone enquiries and customer orders.
Assisting with stock processing, deliveries, and routine stock checks.
Maintaining company procedures for goods inwards, cash handling, and security.
Supporting periodic stock takes and spot checks.
Promoting a safe, secure, and professional working environment.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
A flair for design with the ability to understand customer requirements.
Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to attend site visits and liaise with contractors.

What we offer:

Some of the benefits of working for us include Profit Share Bonus Scheme, Online discount portal including money off retail brands and holidays, Employee Care Helpline and access to a digital GP, staff discount scheme, Death in Service benefit, formal training and career progression opportunities.

Hours of work: An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.

Salary: Depending on Experience
