Banksman / Traffic Marshal - Residential Construction Site

We are currently looking for a Banksman to work on a residential construction site in Gillingham, Dorset.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Safely guide and direct a forklift around the site
  • Maintain clear communication with the forklift operator
  • Ensure the safety of pedestrians and other workers
  • Monitor site traffic and keep access routes clear
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and report hazards

Requirements:

  • Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshal certification (or relevant experience)
  • Strong awareness of construction site health & safety
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Residential site experience preferred
  • CSCS Card
