We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our clients dynamic kitchen brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the finest local ingredients in a high-profile, fine-dining environment that showcases modern Scottish cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage your section with precision, ensuring consistent high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation
-Contribute to menu development and daily specials using seasonal produce
-Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and stock control
-Support the wider team in a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen
What We're Looking For:
-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant (fine dining or rosette-level preferred)
-Passion for local, sustainable ingredients and Scottish produce
-Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive under pressure
-A positive, team-oriented attitude
We Offer:
