Position: Domiciliary care workers- car drivers with own vehicle only
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne.
Salary: £12.33 - £14.06 per hour
Bank hours available for early mornings, weekday shifts, evening shifts and alternate weekends or weekend only working.
Benefits: Full travel time, generous mileage payments, all training paid at standard hourly rate.
Lincoln Healthcare Group is an established Home Care provider, supporting clients with both non-complex and clinical needs in their own homes.
Main responsibilities:
• Supporting the individual in a person-centred way
• Supporting all aspects of personal care
• Providing clinical interventions as required
• Administering and managing all levels of medication as required
• Assisting activities of daily living & advocating and empowering independence
• Working in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuing compliance for Health and Safety
• Ensuring all records are maintained accurately according to policy & procedure
• Attending all training and office meetings relating to client need
• To respond positively to changing needs and managing risk effectively
• To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate qualities, knowledge and skills as described in the main responsibilities.( Provided when CV shortlisted).
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Ex-Offenders Act. There is a genuine requirement for female only applicants.
A satisfactory Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS / Update Service DBS is required for the post
