Are you an experienced food production or machine operative looking for a new opportunity with competitive pay and high earning potential
Salary: £12.21ph (£13.68 with holidays) £12.75ph (£14.29ph with holidays) after probation
Hours: 48-60 hours per week overtime after 40 at x1.25 (£15.26)
Working Hours: Core hours 4x 12 hours – over 7 day operation
We are currently seeking skilled food manufacturing operatives to join this company based in Evesham

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery efficiently and safely.
Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring products meet specifications.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
Complete changeovers on machinery
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
The Person:
*3+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing, with a stable career history
*Proven experience operating or working closely with packaging machinery.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
*Ability to thrive in a chilled production environment.
*A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
*Reliable, hardworking, and committed to long shifts (48-60 hours per week).
Ideal Candidate:
*Has experience in high-volume food production or similar manufacturing roles.
*Able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and consistently meet quality standards.
*Looking for stability and more hours in a role that offers excellent earning potential.
