Location: Edinburgh (EH16)
Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday

What will you be responsible for?
Your day to day will include:
-Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met
-Booking appointments for upcoming works
-Responding to customer queries on planned works
-Liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries
-Identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and reporting accordingly
-Handling complaints and resolving snagging issues
-Liaising with trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects completion of surveys.
What are we looking for?
This role of Tennant Liaison Officer is great for you if you can demonstrate:
-Experience within a similar role within a construction environment (TLO/ Maintenance scheduling, aftercare etc)
-Strong administrative skills, ability to prioritise and organise flow of information between stakeholders.
-Proficiency using Microsoft Packages i.e., Word and Excel
-Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships
-Ability to manage tight deadlines and be flexible to deal with reactive delays
-Locality to the EH16 area, able to travel daily to and from site / office as required
