We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous office or administrative experience who enjoys supporting a busy team and keeping things running smoothly.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
Either 1pm to 4pm or 2pm to 5pm
Pay rate
£12.21 per hour
Key responsibilities
* Booking internal mail using the Post Office portal
* Arranging hotels and travel for staff members
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Maintaining accurate records and handling day to day office tasks
About you
* Ideally you will have previous experience in an office or administrative role
* You will be well organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using basic IT systems and online portals
* A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
