Are you a marketer looking to make a big impact?
We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Officer to help us deliver our recycling and waste reduction goals.
We need someone to increase recycling rates and reduce waste across the borough by turning complex data into clear, compelling campaigns. Crucially, these campaigns need to reach key audiences where they live - not just those online.
You will take ownership of the full campaign cycle: analysing resident data, diagnosing barriers, and executing multi-channel campaigns that actually change behaviour.
We are looking for someone who:
• is skilled in traditional marketing, outdoor advertising, and print, as well as digital.
• understands the psychology of behaviour change and how to encourage people to make better choices for themselves and the borough.
• can take a campaign from a blank page to a measurable result.
• works well with non-marketing colleagues to help them deliver their objectives.
You will be joining a supportive team with flexible working and the autonomy to help make the borough a cleaner, greener place to live, work, and visit.
This is a full time role, working 34 hours per week on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
