We are seeking a dedicated and organised Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring guests start their day with a great experience. This role suits a chef who enjoys early mornings, consistency, and working in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast items to hotel standards (buffet & à la carte)
Set up and maintain the breakfast station and buffet displays
Ensure all food is fresh, well-presented, and delivered on time
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storage
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety/HACCP procedures
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Support prep for the following service where required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Line Cook, or similar role
Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and kitchen operations
Excellent time management and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Reliability and comfort working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification
