Bar manager- duties include serving customers, ordering stock, handling money.
Ensuring bar is fully staffed and that there is sufficient stock, maintain a clean bar. Be sociable and hospitable to customers, be able to open bar and lock up at closing time.
Must be honest and reliable, flexible as shift patterns change depending on events etc.
Experience desirable but full training will be given.
Must be able to work weekends.
