We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Restaurant & Bar Server to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll provide warm, attentive service to guests in our restaurant, lounge, and bar — helping create a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and guide them through menu and beverage options
Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly
Prepare basic beverages and assist with bar service as needed
Maintain clean, organised tables, stations, and service areas
Handle payments and follow hotel cash-handling procedures
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant or bar service experience (hotel experience a plus)
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legal age to serve alcohol (where applicable)
