We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Clinical Group Director of Performance & Operations to lead our North Manchester Clinical Group (NMCG).

You’ll bring proven senior leadership experience in complex healthcare settings, with a strong track record in operational delivery, performance improvement, & service transformation. Skilled in building effective systems & processes, you’ll ensure high-quality, safe, & efficient patient care across all services.

As a values-led leader, you’ll empower teams, foster collaboration, & create an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Your ability to influence at Board level, manage large budgets, & deliver ambitious targets will be key to success.

• As a highly motivated, hard-working and self-confident individual with a drive to deliver & a commitment to excellence across all areas, you’ll move forward transformation, modernisation & innovation across the Clinical Group, promoting a culture of continuous service improvement.
• You’ll have a successful track record in a senior operation &/or performance role, delivering high-quality results within a complex environment or sector, preferably within the NHS, & eager for this new challenge.You’ll have a clear vision the way services are designed and delivered for our patients and communities
• With impressive evidence of developing & implementing transformation programmes, including the management of service change, organisational development, outcome & operational process improvement, plus cost reduction, you’ll utilise proven approaches & methodologies to improve management of performance across NMCG.
• It goes without saying, you’ll be an open & honest communicator, consistently approachable, & an effective listener.
• You’ll be ambitious, innovative, compassionate, & an inclusive leader with a positive, mindset, highly skilled in influencing, with a coaching style that inspires others.
• Your vision will be focused on high standards of patient care, safety, & efficient & effective use of resources.
