We are seeking a newly qualified GP (within 2 years of CCT, not previously in a substantive GP role) to join our friendly team at Kapur Family Care for eight sessions per week. As part of the ARRS scheme, you We are seeking a motivated and compassionate newly qualified GP (within 2 years of CCT and not previously in a substantive GP role) to join our friendly and supportive team at Kapur Family Care for six sessions per week. This post is offered under the ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme). About Us: Kapur Family Care serves a vibrant and diverse patient population of approximately 12,000 patients. We are based within Werneth Ward, Oldham, where around 80% of the local community are of South Asian heritage. A significant proportion of our patients speak Bengali, Urdu, or other South Asian languages. Our team consists of experienced GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, first contact physiotherapists, social prescribers, and mental health practitioners. Daily on-call support is provided by a senior GP to ensure a collaborative and well-supported working environment. The Role: As part of your role, you will: Deliver high-quality patient care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits, prescribing, and chronic disease management. Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
