As a Care Coordinator you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and our Care Assistants are fully supported.
Pay: Up to £27,000 a year
Job type: Permanent – Full-time
Shift and schedule: Office Based Hours – 09:00 – 17:00 plus covering on call on a rota basis and occasional weekend working if required.

Your Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
- Permanent allocation of Care Assistants to all customer visits and ensuring all visits are always covered
- Send weekly rotas via email where possible
- Daily back ups
- Daily handovers
- To work closely with the Field Care Supervisor
- Set up new carer phones
- Book carer holidays
- Maintaining computer systems and ensure they are up to date
- To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
- Production of reports and management information as required
- Promptly respond to emergency situations, including going out to cover care visits when required
- Cover on call on a rota basis
- Support across other areas of the business as required
You’ll need…
- A willingness to learn & develop in your new role
- Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work.
- A driving licence & access to a vehicle.
- A caring & respectful attitude.
- Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills.
- A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic.
- Experience providing domiciliary care is desirable but not essential
- Right to Work in the UK
- Two satisfactory references
- Enhanced DBS check.
