We’re working with a well-established FM company that holds impressive contracts across London. They’re looking to bring a Fabric Engineer on board on a permanent basis, working within high-end commercial and corporate sites.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong painting and decorating background. There’s a big pipeline of painting work coming up, alongside general fabric maintenance duties.
What you’ll be doing
Painting and decorating across high-end client sites
General fabric maintenance including patch plastering, basic carpentry, minor repairs and snagging
Keeping sites looking sharp and client ready at all times
Working closely with site teams and management to maintain high standards
What they’re looking for
Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role
Strong painting and decorating background is essential
Comfortable with general fabric works day to day
Experience working in commercial or high-end environments
Reliable, well presented and client facing
What’s on offer
Salary between £36k and £40k depending on experience
